Andreas Stillert
After his apprenticeship in mining and his diploma in mechanical engineering and process engineering from Universität Duisburg-Essen and TFH Georg Agricola in Bochum, Andreas founded PQM. At the same time, he gained experience in different roles at RWE AG, i.e. as Project Engineer for maintenance and flue gas purification plants and in the field of due diligence for foreign investments. As Senior Project Manager, Director and Technical Managing Director Andreas was responsible for a Joint Venture Project that planned and launched a gas power plant in Turkey. His recent subjects are dealing with a German wide gas infrastructure project and an innovation for the paper industry.
Andreas’s outstanding expertise is „People Management”, leading diverse international teams and coordinating multiple miscellaneous players in big projects to reach a common goal and full scale success.
Ruhsar Beyazidoglu
Ruhsar Beyazidoglu is a highly experienced expert in the field of development and planning of projects and businesses, especially in the electricity and gas markets. She has an Executive MBA from Istanbul Technical University and Bachelor in Industrial Engineering from Yeditepe University.
She worked as business development manager, project development manager and project engineer at Bosphorus Gaz Corporation (Gazprom Subsidiary), Turcas Petrol (Electricity and Natural Gas Group, Joint Venture with RWE Turkey) and various other energy companies.
Her expertise includes strategic development and market analysis, project management and control, contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions and project financing. She has extensive experience in developing, planning and managing large-scale energy projects and in commercial trade.
